 Payment of Registration Fees

1) All payments will be handled through our online registration system, operated by Dryfta. Credit card payments will be processed via a secure online payment module (Stripe) included in the online registration system. The registration fee will be charged in USD.

For international attendees, the only accepted form of payment is by credit card. The charge will appear in your statement as "MOLECULAR BIOSYSTEMS C".

​Chilean residents with a local bank account will have the option to pay by bank transfer if they prefer.

All registration data submitted through this system will be treated confidentially. 

2) Upon successful registration and payment, a confirmation email with the corresponding invoice will be sent automatically to each registrant. This e-mail constitutes proof of registration and specifies everything that is included with the registration fee.

Cancellation of Registration & Refunds

1) Cancellation of registration must be submitted via e-mail and is valid only with acknowledgement of receipt by the organizers.

2) Cancellation fees are dependent on the notice given:

• If cancellation occurs after registration has closed, the cancellation fee is 100% of the registration fee.
• If cancellation occurs before registration closes, a cancellation fee of 50 USD will be charged.

3) All refunds to payments made via credit card are subject to a 5% credit card fee. This is in addition to any cancellation fee.
