Information for Presenters (talks and posters)
Information for oral presentations
Time allotted:
Projection format will be standard (16:9). Please take this into account when designing your slides.
We will have a PC available to load the presentation files before each session. Please arrive 20 minutes before the start of your session to load your file on the conference computer. This will give you enough time to run through the presentation to make sure everything displays properly.
We will also allow speakers to use their own computers, if they prefer. There will be HDMI and VGA connectors at the podium. Please bring your own special adapter if you are unsure whether we will have the one that works with your computer.
Information for poster presentations
Poster must be set up before the beginning of the appropriate poster session, on the provided panels. Each panel will be 200 cm high x 90 cm wide, which means posters must be in portrait format. Please make sure your poster fits the panel. A common poster size for this type of panel is 90 cm x 120 cm. All posters will be up for only one day. Those who present on Tuesday must remove their posters by the end of the day, so that colleagues that present on Wednesday, can set up their posters. Those who present on Wednesday, must remove their posters by the end of the poster session. The meeting does not take responsibility for posters that are not removed on time.

- Invited speakers: 30 minutes (25 minutes for the talk; 4 minutes for questions; 1 minute transition time).
- Talks selected from abstracts: 20 minutes (15 minutes for the talk; 4 minutes for questions; 1 minute transition time).
- Rapid Fire talks: 3 minutes.
